This post is also available in: Español

Fans of Enrique Bunbury eager to enjoy the waiting Bunbury Tour, were disappointed when it was announced that the concerts scheduled for 2021 were cancelled. A move that, on the other hand, is dictated by security needs in times of pandemic, and the Bunbury tour has been no exception.

But it’s never too late if the good news is good, and the Bunbury Tour concerts scheduled for 2021 have already been rescheduled: the Barcelona concert at the Poble Espanyol will take place on 15 September 2022 and the one at the Plaza de Toros in Valencia on 24 September 2022. You can now buy Bumbury tickets at Proactive, undoubtedly one of the most anticipated shows for next year.

The artist’s words announcing the Bunbury Tour

Enrique himself, always attentive to his fans and the public in general, made a statement announcing the news:

Dear everyone:

I was really looking forward to announcing that we will definitely be going on tour in 2022. After three years without a tour, the longest period without concerts, we will go out to celebrate with you, 35 years of recording career (in 1987, HdS released the “Héroe de Leyenda E.P.”).

The last two albums (“Posible” and “Curso de Levitación Intensivo” did not have their corresponding tour, so we will take the opportunity to present some of their songs, as well as revisit and perform songs from all periods, a journey through the most popular songbook and some others worth rescuing (…).

We want the tour to be a human experience, a meeting and celebration, we will prepare different set-lists to surprise you and surprise us, with a sound and light show like the one we all deserve.
Kisses and hugs.

A celebration of his 35 years of recording career

The next Bunbury Tour promises a lot. And it will coincide with the celebration of the Aragonese artist’s 35 years of recording career. The tour will take him to Mexico and Spain, recalling songs from all the stages of his professional career. From his beginnings with Héroes del Silencio (1987-1996), through the first solo stage with Huracán Ambulante (1997-2005) and the last few years with Los Santos Inocentes.

The artist has declared that “I’m really looking forward to presenting the last two albums, as well as the new, as yet unreleased material. With so much material to revisit, we want the tour to be an active and dynamic experience, so the set-list will change from one concert to another, to a greater or lesser extent, depending on venues, capacity and country”.

This is definitely a show not to be missed. Have you already secured your tickets? It’s time to buy them online through Proactiv.
